Private German High School Students Visited Our University
Students from the Private German High School, one of the high schools included in our quota program, visited our University on 18 November 2025 as part of the promotional program. The event, held in the Lecture Halls Building, Block B Conference Hall, began with a general introduction presented by Lecturer Ceyhun Bayraktar from our Coordination Office OF Communications. The students received comprehensive information about our university’s academic structure, multilingual education model, international opportunities, and campus life. Following the presentation, the program continued with introductions of the faculties.
As part of the program, our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hamide Özden Özkaya-Ferendeci provided information about our university and the Faculty of Law. Afterwards, Research Assistant Sabah Mine Cangil delivered a presentation introducing the Faculty of Law. The Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was introduced by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ebru Turhan; the Faculty of Engineering by Research Assistant Ali Ömer Baykar; the Faculty of Cultural and Social Sciences by Dr. Büşra Sarıkaya Tünalp; and the Faculty of Science by Dr. Aslı İşler Kaya. After the presentations, students posed their questions and received further details about the departments.
The program concluded with a campus tour, a visit to the Republic 100th Anniversary Memorial Grove, established by the Private German High School in 2023, and a group photo session.
