About Us

Our Coordination Office was established to carry out institutional communication and
science communication activities of the Turkish-German University, which was
founded based on the Cultural Agreement (Kulturabkommen) signed by the
Governments of Turkey and Germany on May 8, 1957, and pursuant to Law No.
5979 dated April 10, 2010. It has been entrusted with the mission of officially
informing the national and international public about the administrative, academic,
scientific, and educational activities of our University. Operating in the fields of
institutional and science communication, our Coordination Office is directly affiliated
with the Rectorate of the Turkish-German University. It includes the Offices of
Institutional Communication and Science Communication within its structure.

As the Communication Coordination Office of the Turkish-German University, we
share the academic, scientific, administrative, and educational activities within our
University with the national and international public based on the principles of
transparency, objectivity, and social responsibility, in line with our identity as a public
institution.
